Web design agency for Irish businesses, built by our own EU team

We are Design Creator Lab, a web design and search engine optimisation studio in Timișoara, Romania, inside the EU. We work with businesses in the Republic of Ireland remotely, we invoice in euro, and we have delivered and launched a site for an Irish client. One client, not a portfolio of Irish work, and this page says which one.

What follows is what we build, how a project runs when the supplier sits in another country, and what we cannot do from here. Prices sit on their own page.

What we build for businesses in Ireland

Three kinds of project, and the difference between them is not page count.

A brochure site is for businesses where the customer reads, then rings or fills in a form, and pays afterwards. Trades, clinics, consultancies, professional services. One page per service rather than one page listing everything, because that is what search engines tell apart.

An online shop is for businesses that need payment on the spot: catalogue, cart, a payment provider, and order and stock handling behind it.

A custom build covers what the first two do not: logins with permission levels, a booking engine tied to your availability, a client portal, or a link to the system you already run the business on.

All three are written in our own code, not assembled from a bought theme. We do not build sites in WordPress. It appears here as a comparison while you decide, and as the platform we move a business off.

Web design and SEO handled by the same team

Most enquiries from Ireland ask for both at once, and for a practical reason.

The decisions that make a site findable are taken while it is being built. Which page answers which search. Whether each service gets its own address or is buried in a tab. Whether it loads quickly on a phone on a patchy connection. Retrofitting that later means rewriting a structure somebody has signed off.

So the same people do both here. The build includes the technical base: clean structure, titles and descriptions written rather than generated, a sitemap, structured data, redirects if a site existed before, and analytics that runs only after the visitor makes a cookie choice.

What the build does not include is continuing work every month. That is a separate engagement with its own scope and reporting, described in full under search engine optimisation for Irish websites.

CJM Bathrooms, a live site we built for an Irish client

CJM Bathrooms is a bathroom renovation business in Ireland. The site is live at cjm-bathrooms.ie.

The job was a move rather than a redesign. The business was on WordPress, where most small trade sites in this sector start. We rebuilt it on our own code, moved DNS through Cloudflare so the cutover was planned rather than an emergency, carried the existing customer reviews across, and set analytics to fire only after consent.

The reviews were the part we were most careful with. A page can be rewritten in an afternoon. A customer who described their bathroom three years ago will not write it again because a website changed.

The project ran remotely, from the first call to the cutover, in a country where we have no office. We have not published traffic or sales figures for it, because we do not publish numbers a client has not agreed to make public.

What our work costs, in euro

We invoice in euro, by bank transfer, from Romania. The figure on the quote is the figure on the invoice, with nothing added afterwards.

What decides the figure is scope, not page count: whether you supply text and photographs or we produce them, whether the site takes payments, and whether it has to talk to a system you already use.

The budget bands, what each one buys, and the yearly cost of hosting and upkeep are set out at how much a website costs in Ireland, in euro rather than in a converted figure.

A web design company you can check before you sign

We are not going to publish a ranking of Irish studios. Every list like that is written by somebody with an interest in it, and the studio that suits a shop with ten thousand products is wrong for a five page dental practice. What is useful is the set of questions you can put to anybody, including us.

Who actually does the work. Ask for names, and whether they are employees, contractors, or another firm the job gets passed to again.

What is written in the quote. Price, deliverables, timeline, and how many rounds of changes are included. If any is missing, you are holding an intention rather than a quote.

What stays yours at the end. Code, content, domain, hosting access and analytics accounts, in your company name.

What you can check in the portfolio. Sites that are online today and that you open yourself, not screenshots in a slide deck.

What happens after launch. Who makes changes, what you pay monthly or yearly, and what leaving looks like.

And ask what a supplier will not promise. Nobody controls a position in Google, so anyone offering you one has told you what the rest of the conversation is worth.

Dublin, Cork, Galway or Meath: how remote delivery works

We work across the Republic of Ireland: Dublin, Cork, Galway and Limerick, and counties Carlow, Donegal, Kildare, Meath, Wexford and Kerry. Everything runs remotely, so where you are makes no difference to the price or the timeline.

There are no separate pages here for each of those places, and that is deliberate. A page that only swaps a town name in and out is thin content and search engines have been discounting it for years.

The area covered is the Republic, and the prices are in euro. If you are in Northern Ireland, say so on the first call: the currency, the invoicing and the consumer rules are different there.

We can build the local signals that sit on your own property: a page per service and per area you genuinely cover, contact details that match everywhere, structured data, and a route for collecting reviews. We cannot promise a place in the map results, because that is not ours to give.

How a project runs, from brief to launch

The brief comes first, on a call in English, on Google Meet or by phone, with a written summary afterwards so what we heard is on paper and you can correct it.

Then the scope and the price in writing: what is included, what is not, and what we need from you. Nothing starts before you have that.

Content next, and this is where most projects lose time. Text, photographs, logos, domain access. We give you the list at the start, because the timeline runs from a complete brief, not from the day a deposit lands.

Design and build happen on a test address you open on your own phone, which is where the useful comments come from.

Launch is scheduled with you: date, time, what changes at DNS level, and the way back if something looks wrong. Afterwards you get the admin area, a handover call, and small corrections in the first weeks as part of the project price.

What we are not: no Irish office, no local reviews yet

We have no office in Ireland and we do not rent an address to look like we have one. Nobody is driving to your premises, attending your Monday meeting, or photographing your workshop.

We have no Google reviews on an Irish profile, because we have no Irish profile. Our reference in Ireland is one delivered project, and you can open it yourself.

We do not sell WordPress builds, we do not sell link packages, and we do not promise positions in search results.

If a supplier who can be in the room matters to you, an Irish studio is the better fit, and settling that now costs both of us less than settling it in week four.

Questions Irish clients ask before signing

Where are you based?

Timișoara, in western Romania, inside the EU. One studio, no branches, one hour ahead of Irish time.

Is the whole project remote, and in what language?

Yes, all of it, and in English throughout: calls, written summaries, the admin area you are handed, and support afterwards. The CJM Bathrooms site was delivered that way from start to finish.

Do you build in WordPress?

No. We move sites off it, which is a different job and one we do regularly.

Who owns the site at the end?

You do. Code, content, domain and every access detail, with no licence that has to keep being paid.

Can you take over a site somebody else built?

Sometimes. It depends what it was built with and whether we get proper access. We look first, then say which is the better use of the money.

Can you promise us the first page of Google?

No, and nobody honestly can. We commit to the technical base, a written scope, and reporting from your own Search Console property.

How we work

  1. 01
    Brief and written quote
We discuss your goals and you get the price and deadline in writing.
  2. 02
    Design and development
You see every stage in the panel and approve it before launch.
  3. 03
    Launch and growth
We publish, measure and improve on real data.

Talk to us about your site

Send us three things: what the site has to do, who it is for, and whether one exists already. If it does, the address alone is enough for us to look.

Email [email protected] or call +40 770 129 502. A Romanian number on a page written for Ireland is deliberate: we would rather tell you where we are than rent a local line.

You get a written scope and a price back, or a question if something important is missing.
