Nature of services

Design Creator Lab sells digital services: presentation websites, online stores, web applications, graphic design, SEO and related digital marketing services. We do not sell physical products, therefore no physical shipping of goods is involved.

Delivery method

Services are delivered exclusively in digital format, online. Delivery is made through one or more of the following, depending on the project:

Publishing the website/application on the agreed domain and hosting

Sending the final files (graphics, sources, documentation) via email or secure download link

Granting access to the project's administration panel

Estimated delivery time

Delivery time is set individually, in writing, in the offer or contract for each project, based on complexity. As a guideline:

Presentation website: 7 - 21 business days

Online store: 14 - 45 business days

Web application / custom project: timeline stated in the offer

Recurring services (SEO, maintenance, campaigns): continuous monthly delivery per subscription

Timelines start from order confirmation and receipt from the client of all required materials (content, images, access, information). Delays caused by the client's failure to provide these materials extend the delivery time accordingly.

Delivery confirmation

On completion, the client receives a delivery notification (email) and, where applicable, the related invoice. Delivery is deemed complete when the project is published or the deliverables are sent.
