Applicability

Design Creator Lab provides custom digital services. The policy below complies with Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts.

Right of withdrawal (cancellation)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from its conclusion, without justifying your decision.

Important exception (services already started)

Under art. 16 (a) of EO 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply once the service has been fully performed, if performance began with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost upon full performance. Likewise, for custom-made digital content, the right of withdrawal does not apply after performance begins with the client's consent.

In practice: if you request work to start before the 14 days expire and give express consent, you waive the right of withdrawal for the portion of the service already performed.

Return / cancellation method

To exercise your right of withdrawal or to cancel an order, send a written request to [email protected], stating: your name, order details and reason (optional). Any unequivocal statement is accepted.

Refund time and method

If the withdrawal request is valid (service not started or not fully performed), we refund amounts received within a maximum of 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision.

If work has started with your consent, the value of services already performed up to cancellation is retained, proportional to project progress.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction (card, via Netopia Payments processor), at no additional cost to you.

Recurring services (subscriptions)

Subscriptions (SEO, maintenance, campaigns) can be cancelled anytime from your account or by email. Cancellation stops future renewal; the already paid period remains active until expiry and is not partially refunded.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Any complaints are sent to [email protected]. You have the right to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) - ANPC, via the reclamatiisal.anpc.ro platform.
