Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number and company name when you fill out our contact form, subscribe to our newsletter or request a consultation.

We automatically collect: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on pages, referral source, and cookies data through Google Analytics 4.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Google Analytics (analytics), Cloudflare (CDN and security), and email service providers (for newsletters). All processors are GDPR compliant.

You have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing.

Google User Data (OAuth Connections)

When you connect your Google account to Design Creator Lab, we request access to specific Google services on your behalf, only with your explicit consent through Google OAuth. Depending on the services you connect, this may include Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Google Merchant Center.

We access this data solely to provide the features you connect: to create and configure your Analytics property, add and verify your website in Search Console, create your Tag Manager container, set up conversion tracking, and display your analytics and search performance inside your dashboard.

Design Creator Lab's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

We only use Google user data to provide and improve the user-facing features you connected.

We do not sell this data, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the service or to comply with the law.

We do not use Google user data for advertising.

We do not allow humans to read this data unless we have your explicit consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with the law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) or by disconnecting within your Design Creator Lab dashboard. When you disconnect, we delete the stored Google authorization tokens.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions: 2 years. Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. Analytics data: 14 months.
