Subscription sites are hosted only on the DCL platform, for full control, and you do not get the source code; if a payment is missed you have 15 days of grace, then the site shows the “unpaid website” page until you pay. With Custom you pay and get the source code, and the site works for life only on the domain with the activated licence; moving it to another domain is done only through DCL.

How does the trial work?
You get a 14-day trial. Write to us from the contact page and we set up the trial on the plan you choose. At the end, you decide whether to stay and on which plan.
What does yearly billing mean?
With yearly billing you pay for 10 months and use it for 12, which means 2 months free. On this page, the yearly price is shown per month, divided by 12.
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices are in EUR per month. The company issuing the invoice is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to the prices shown.
Is implementation included in the subscription?
No. Implementation (setup, data import, design) is a one-off fee, separate from the subscription. We set it once we have discussed what you need, and you receive the quote before we start.
What if I need more users?
On DCL Business, every plan includes a set number of users. An additional user costs 9 EUR per month, and a light user (time tracking, warehouse and leave only) costs 3 EUR per month. On DCL Site, the number of accounts grows with the plan.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the period already paid for stays active until it ends. The details, including the right of withdrawal, are on the Returns / Cancellation page.
