These Terms of Service govern your use of Design Creator Lab ([email protected]) and the services provided by DUO GELATO S.R.L., CUI 38578584, registered at J2017004609351, with headquarters at Calea Sagului 100/A, Timisoara, jud. Timis.

Services

Design Creator Lab provides web design, web development, SEO, graphic design and digital marketing services. All services are provided under individual contracts or proposals agreed upon by both parties.

Intellectual Property

All designs, code and materials created by Design Creator Lab remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the project contract.

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms: 50% deposit before work begins, 50% upon project completion. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

Liability

DUO GELATO S.R.L. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 30 days written notice. Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Timisoara, Romania.
