SEO for UK businesses, run on numbers you can check in Search Console
Most SEO pages are written so that no sentence in them can ever be checked. This one works the other way round: everything we report comes out of your own Search Console property, so you can open it and see the same numbers we do.

We are a web and SEO studio in Timișoara, Romania, working with UK clients remotely. There is no UK office and no UK address, and that limit has a direct consequence for local search which is set out below rather than buried.
Who we take on as an SEO client in the UK
Not every site is worth a retainer, and we would rather say so in the first call than three months in.
The work suits a business that already sells online or takes enquiries through the site, can supply information about its own services, and has somebody who can approve a change within a week.
It suits sites with a technical problem underneath them: a rebuild that lost its rankings, a migration that went wrong, pages Google will not index, a shop where filters have generated thousands of near identical addresses.
It does not suit a brand new domain with no content and a three month horizon, and it does not suit anyone who wants a fixed position in Google by a fixed date. Nobody controls the ranking, and a supplier who says otherwise is selling the part they cannot deliver.
What the first 90 days look like
The first fortnight is the audit. We crawl the site, read Search Console and check what the pages are actually competing for against what you think they are competing for. You get the problems ranked by impact, each with the evidence and the fix.
Weeks three to six are the technical fixes and the page structure. Indexing, redirects, speed, titles and descriptions, heading order, internal links, and one clear job per page instead of three pages fighting over the same search.
Weeks seven to twelve are content and measurement. Pages aimed at nothing in particular get rewritten before anything new is produced, because that is where the fastest movement usually sits.
Timing, honestly: technical changes register within weeks, new pages take longer to settle, and on a site with a difficult history the first real movement normally appears between month three and month six. That window is what we plan against, not a promise about position.
Technical SEO agency work: crawl, speed, indexing
We build websites, so we read and change code rather than filing a ticket and waiting. That is the real difference between us and an agency that can only touch content, and it is why this work is not subcontracted.
What it covers: indexing and crawling, redirects and status codes, page speed and Core Web Vitals, structured data, rendering for sites built in JavaScript, hreflang, sitemaps, and crawl budget on large catalogues.
Migrations and rebuilds are the moment most traffic is lost. We map the old addresses to the new ones before launch, not after somebody notices the drop.
You can also run our free online audit on your own site first. It performs 27 checks across four areas and gives the result on the spot, with no account required.
On-page and content: what we change and in what order
The order matters more than the list, because doing it backwards wastes money.
First, intent mapping. Each page gets one job and one search it answers, and pages competing with each other are merged or repointed.
Second, the pages you already have. Titles and descriptions rewritten for the click rather than for a keyword count, headings put in order, thin service pages given the detail a buyer asks for.
Third, the gaps. A service with no page of its own does not rank, however good the homepage is. One page per service, in the words your customers use rather than the words your industry uses.
Fourth, internal links, so the pages you care about receive the most signals from your own site.
Only then new content, produced in the order of commercial intent rather than search volume.
SEO for ecommerce, SaaS and service businesses
Ecommerce work is mostly structural: categories, facets, product pages, out of stock handling, duplicate addresses generated by filters, and internal search. Zelviro, in our portfolio, is a store with more than thirteen thousand products and automatic syncing with eMAG, Trendyol and Temu, which is the scale where these decisions stop being cosmetic.
SaaS work starts from the problem the product solves rather than from the product name: comparison pages, integration pages, use case pages and documentation that can be found.
Service businesses live on one page per service and on trust signals: prices or price ranges, named people, real photographs, and an enquiry route that does not require nine fields.
Multilingual SEO for UK sites selling into Europe
A UK site that sells into Germany, France or the Netherlands needs more than a translated menu. Each language needs its own pages at their own addresses, hreflang tags that tell Google which version belongs to which country, and titles written for what people in that country actually type, which is rarely a word-for-word translation of the English.
We run our own site in seven languages, and TalkBridge in our portfolio runs a British version alongside its main site, so the mistakes that cost traffic are familiar: hreflang pointing at redirects, one sitemap for every language, machine-translated category names, delivery copy that only makes sense in one market.
Each language is a set of pages to write and check, not a switch to flip, so the quote lists them one by one.
National SEO, not just local: ranking across the whole UK
A local agency sells you the map pack and the town name. That is the right product for a plumber. It is the wrong one for a company that sells to the whole country, where the queries that matter have no place name in them and the competition is every site in the UK, not the three on your high street.
National work is structural: a page per product or service line, category pages that answer the broad query, content that earns links from trade press and suppliers, and technical work that keeps a large site crawlable. Being remote makes no difference here, since none of it depends on where the agency sits.
We will not promise a position, national or local, because nobody controls one. What we commit to is the work, the order it is done in, and a monthly report from Search Console you can check yourself.
SEO and AI search: what we change and what we do not promise
Part of the answer now appears on the results page itself, written by a model that has read the pages underneath. For a query with one factual answer that means fewer clicks; for someone choosing a supplier it has changed little, because a summary cannot sign a contract for them.
What we change is specific: a first paragraph that states the subject plainly, questions answered in full rather than teased, named people and real figures a reader can check, and structured data that matches what is on the page. All of it also helps the ordinary ranking, which is why we do not sell it as a separate package.
What we do not promise is a place in an AI answer, because nobody controls one. If an agency offers you guaranteed visibility there, ask them to show the mechanism.
Reporting: the four numbers we send every month
Four figures, all from your own Search Console, plus a list of the pages we touched.
Impressions and clicks by query, so you see what you are being found for and not only how many people arrived.
Average position by query and by page, compared with the previous month and with the month we started.
Indexing and coverage: how many pages are indexed, and which ones Google is refusing and why.
Queries appearing for the first time, which is normally the earliest sign that something is moving, weeks before positions change.
Targets are written as movement with a date on it, for example a named set of queries moving from position forty to position twenty within a quarter. A target is not a guarantee, and we say which of the two you are getting.
What we do not do, and why
We do not buy links, rent them, or join reciprocal schemes. Cleaning that up later costs more than the visibility it bought.
We do not promise positions, traffic figures or revenue. We commit to a scope, a report and a target with a date.
We do not publish a monthly quota of thin articles written to a word count.
And we cannot sell you the UK local pack. Appearing in the map results for a British town needs a real address there, verification and reviews from British customers, and we have none of those. What we can do is classic organic search across the UK: technical work, page structure, content and measurement. If your business depends on the map pack, hire somebody local for that part and use us for the rest.
What it costs
We invoice in euro and have not converted our figures into pounds here. A conversion invented for a web page is worse than no figure, and the rate that matters is the one written on your quote.
SEO is priced as ongoing work, so the fee depends on how many pages are in scope and how much is produced each month. Below roughly two days of work a month nothing meaningful happens: there is no time to research, implement and measure.
Nothing is added on top of the quote. The figure on the quote is the figure you pay.

Questions UK clients ask before signing
Can you rank us first for our main search?
No, and nobody can honestly say otherwise. What we put in writing is the scope, the monthly report and a measurable target with a date.
Is there a minimum contract?
We suggest planning for six months, because that is when the work starts to show. There are no exit penalties.
Can you work on a site somebody else built?
Yes, if we get access and the platform allows changes to titles, structure and content. If it does not, we say so before you pay for a month.
What happens if we stop?
Everything already done stays on your site and belongs to you. What stops is new production and monitoring.
Do you work in English?
Yes. Audits, reports, calls and written summaries are in English, and our hours run one hour ahead of the UK.
How do we start?
