What is the difference between a web design studio and an agency?

A studio keeps the team in-house and runs fewer projects in parallel, while an agency coordinates external contributors. With us the designer, the developer and the infrastructure engineer are the same people from start to finish. That shows up most clearly when a hard problem appears, because there is no stage where blame gets passed.

How long does a website take?

A presentation website of up to 15 pages takes three to five weeks from structure approval. An online shop six to ten. A web application depends on how many processes it covers, and the deadline is written into the quote. Deadlines slip because of content far more often than because of code.

Why do you not use WordPress?

We take over and maintain WordPress projects when a client already has one, but we do not propose it for new work. Every plugin is code written by someone else that we do not control and have to keep updating. Custom code has a much smaller attack surface and moves faster.

Does the website stay mine?

Completely. You get the code, server access, the domain in your name and documentation. There is no monthly licence without which the site stops. We have moved clients away from exactly that kind of lock-in, so we do not create it.

Can I check your projects?

Yes, every project in our portfolio is a live public website with a visible address. The numbers we publish, speed, scores and positions, are measured on that project, not estimated.

Do you only work with companies in Timisoara?

The team is in Timisoara, but more than half of our projects are with companies elsewhere in Romania or abroad. Meetings happen online, and there is no price difference by location.

What happens to my Google positions if you rebuild the site?

They are preserved when the migration is done properly. No address that already has visibility gets changed, and where a change is unavoidable we put a permanent redirect. At Climatizare.net not a single existing URL was modified.

Can I edit the text myself after launch?

Yes, you get an admin panel where you change text, images, prices, articles and products. You do not need to call us for a comma.

Why does pricing start at 399 € when others ask 200?

Because at 200 € someone installs a theme, they do not write a website. Both look identical in month one. The difference shows in year two, when the theme needs updates, plugins conflict, and the rebuild costs as much as the original project.

Do you also do visual identity?

Yes. Logo, palette, typography, print materials, the full visual system. At MTS Global Sun we applied the visual identity consistently across the whole site.

What if I do not like the design?

It gets redone. The design stage exists exactly to catch that before any code is written. We do not move to development until you confirm the direction in writing.

Do you handle hosting as well?

Yes, on our own infrastructure, with SSL, daily backups and monitoring. It is optional. If you prefer to stay with your current provider, we deliver the project ready to deploy there.
