Technical answers about the eMAG Marketplace API
Do you have an integration proven in production?
Yes, the integration is deployed in production on Modena (modena.ro, construction materials) and Senovy (senovy.ro). Orders sync daily, AWBs are generated automatically, and returns are processed.
How long does the eMAG implementation take?
The eMAG module is ready, it only needs your credentials and the mapped categories. 1-2 weeks from receiving your eMAG Marketplace credentials, plus staging testing.
What commissions do I pay eMAG?
The eMAG commission depends on the category: Fashion 17%, Electronics 14%, Home 15% (indicative for 2026). DCL does not add a per-transaction commission on top of eMAG's; our fee is only the initial setup plus optional monthly maintenance.
Can I also sell on eMAG HU or BG?
Yes, the module supports multi-account eMAG RO+HU+BG. The only requirement is an eMAG Marketplace account opened in that country (a process eMAG handles directly with you).
What happens if eMAG changes the API?
Updates are included in maintenance. Our team monitors the eMAG API changelog and applies updates on staging before they become mandatory on your account. With no downtime.
