Challenge

TalkBridge operates in linguistic services and international communication, with clients across three continents. Technical requirement: two parallel domains (talkbridge.co.uk for UK market + talkbridge.com for international markets) with the same visual brand but content adapted for different audiences. Email infrastructure had to manage multiple accounts per domain, with dedicated IP for reputation and DKIM 2048 to avoid spam filters in corporate environments (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). Plus high availability, every missed email means potential deal lost on contracts worth tens of thousands of euros.

Solution

Unified hosting on OVH VPS in France (optimal latency for European markets + globally accessible) with Virtualmin for multi-domain management. For the two domains: identical DB schema clones plus brand-customized themes with adapted copy (UK English on .co.uk, US English on .com). For email infrastructure: Postfix + Dovecot + OpenDKIM with separate 2048 keys per domain, dedicated IPv4 IP (PTR record configured at OVH), SPF + DMARC quarantine for both domains. Multiple accounts per domain (one nominal account per employee, mirrored across both domains) with Roundcube webmail for users preferring browser. Automatic daily backup to separate storage, uptime monitoring with Telegram alerting, Let's Encrypt SSL certificates with auto-renewal for all vhosts.
