Challenge
Dennis Media, video marketing and branding agency from Timișoara, had an old WordPress site with poor performance, no centralized admin, no real client project management system and no integration with the tools the team needed daily.
Solution
Built a Node.js + Express + PostgreSQL site with React admin dashboard for internal management. Video portfolio with lazy loading and instant preview, simple CRM system for leads, plus a calendar for client photo/video sessions. PM2 deploy on DCL Mars with monitoring + automatic restart.
